Terms of Service

Welcome to RyeApp (“Rye”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rye.

2. Virtual coins

• Rye coins are a limited, revocable license to use in-app features.
• Coins are not cash, legal tender, securities, or stored value.
• Coins are non-refundable except where required by law or app store policy.
• All coin purchases are final once credited, except as required by law.

3. Purchases

• Coin packs are sold through Google Play Billing on Android and the App Store on iOS.
• Prices and coin amounts are shown in the shop before purchase.
• We may change coin pack pricing or availability at any time.

4. Creator earnings and platform fees

• When you receive coins from tips or paid unlocks, you receive 70% of the gross amount.
• Rye retains 30% as a platform fee.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit other users
• Post illegal content or content that violates others’ rights
• Share, solicit, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploit minors in any way
• Attempt to defraud users or abuse coin transfers or purchases
• Use stolen payment methods or circumvent purchase verification
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts and adjust balances for policy violations.

6. Content

You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant Rye a license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the app. You are responsible for what you post and send.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.

8. Disclaimers

Rye is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rye is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
